Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Emma Rose Photography! Our gift vouchers are a wonderful way to treat friends, family, or colleagues to a special photography experience. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or redeeming a voucher.

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase, use, and redemption of gift vouchers issued by Emma Rose Photography, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our."

1.2. By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Voucher Purchase

2.1. Gift vouchers can be purchased directly via email, in-person, or over the phone, payment bank transfer or cash.

2.2. Vouchers can be issued for a specific service (e.g., portrait session, newborn shoot) or a monetary value (e.g., £100 credit).

2.3. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

2.4. A unique voucher code will be provided and must be quoted at the time of booking.

3. Validity and Expiry

3.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

3.2. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.

3.3. It is the recipient’s responsibility to book the session before the expiry date.

4. Booking and Redemption

4.1. Vouchers must be redeemed in advance by contacting us to book a session.

4.2. Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date.

4.3. The voucher must be presented (physically) on the day of the session.

4.4. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

5.2. No-shows will render the voucher void.

5.3. In the rare event that we need to reschedule, we will offer an alternative date as soon as possible.

6. Voucher Use and Restrictions

6.1. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

6.2. Only one voucher may be used per session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3. Vouchers are not transferable and may only be used by the person named on the voucher (unless gifted and re-assigned with our approval).

6.4. No refunds will be issued for partially used vouchers.

7. Services Covered

7.1. Vouchers cover the services explicitly stated on them (e.g., “60-minute family session/Collection number”).

7.2. If the voucher is of monetary value, it can be used toward any session or product (prints, frames, digital packages), depending on availability and current pricing.

7.3. If the total session value exceeds the value of the voucher, the recipient must pay the difference.

8. Loss or Theft

8.1. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

8.2. It is the buyer or recipient’s responsibility to store the voucher securely.

9. Amendments

9.1. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
